2. This website does not collect personal data

This website has no forms, no log-in and no fields to fill in, so we do not collect your name, phone number, email or any other data through it.

The contact options on the website are calling and LINE chat, which you start yourself. Data from those conversations is covered in section 3, and job applicants' data in section 4.

3. Data created when you contact us

When you call or message us on LINE, we only have what you tell us in the conversation: usually the name you give, the number you call from, and whatever you choose to tell us about your parent's condition.

  • Purpose: to give advice and assess whether our care suits your parent, at your request
  • Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract

Please do not share another person's health information without their knowledge. If you contact us for a relative, please let them know.

We never use the number you called from for sales calls, and we never sell, rent or trade your data with anyone for commercial purposes.

4. Job applicants

When you apply for a job with us by phone or LINE and send your résumé, we only have what you send us, such as your name, contact details, education and work history.

  • Purpose: to consider your application and contact you for an interview for the position you applied for
  • Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract

We use this data only for recruitment and do not disclose it to anyone outside the company. If you would like it deleted, contact us using the details in section 1.

5. Disclosure

We disclose your data to others only when the law requires it or with your consent. This website does not send data to any outside service provider.

6. Retention

If you use our service, data is kept for the period set in the service contract and by the law on health establishments. If you would like your data deleted, contact us using the details in section 1.

7. Cookies and third-party content

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across websites.

It uses the following third-party tools and content, each handled differently:

  • Google Analytics 4: counts visitors, how they found the website, and how often the call or LINE buttons are pressed. We only look at totals, never at who is who. Google Analytics places our website's cookies on your device, and we have switched off its use for advertising. If you prefer, block cookies in your browser; the website still works normally.
  • Facebook page feed in “Follow us”: loads when you scroll down to it, so you can see real posts from our page. From then on Facebook places its own cookies under Facebook's policy, which we do not control. If you prefer, block third-party cookies in your browser; the rest of the website still works normally.
  • Instagram clips in “Follow us”: load the same way when you scroll to them; Instagram places its own cookies under Instagram's policy.
  • Google Maps on the branch pages (getting here): loads when you scroll near it; Google may place cookies when the map loads. If you prefer, the written address is on the branch page as well.

8. Data security

Only staff who need contact records can access them, and the company's email and LINE accounts are protected by passwords and two-step verification.

9. Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

  • access and get a copy of your personal data
  • have your data moved to another data controller
  • object to the collection, use or disclosure of your data
  • have your data deleted or destroyed
  • have the use of your data paused
  • have your data corrected and kept up to date
  • withdraw consent you have given
  • complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee

To use these rights, call or email us using the details in section 1. We will act within 30 days of receiving your request and confirming your identity. There is no charge.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above and publish the new version on this page.
